- Who it is forPuppies getting used to coat care
A small first stepA puppy introduction is about getting used to the salon. It is not a full haircut in a shorter appointment. Your puppy can explore the space, stand briefly on the table and meet everyday grooming tools at a comfortable pace. We choose a few small exercises rather than trying to complete everything on the first visit. What we may practiseWe watch how your puppy responds and adjust the session. A brush may simply be shown before it touches the coat. Drying equipment can be introduced from a distance. If your puppy needs more time, we keep the visit simple and discuss another short session.Gentle handling around paws, ears and the coatA brief introduction to the table and familiar salon soundsA demonstration of brushing you can practise at homePreparing togetherContact us to discuss a suitable first visit for your puppy. Bring a familiar small reward if your puppy can have one, and tell us about food restrictions. Allow a toilet break before arriving. We explain what went comfortably and which short exercises to repeat at home. A future grooming appointment is planned separately, according to the coat and your puppy’s progress.
