Coat comes first

We introduce equipment gradually and include breaks when needed.
Clear agreements
We discuss the finish, expected time and price indication before starting.

A closer look at coat care

Before the first visit
My dog finds grooming difficult. Can we discuss it first?+
Yes. Tell us which parts are difficult and what helped on earlier visits. We discuss a suitable pace before arranging treatment.
Can I choose any coat length?+
We discuss your preference, then check what suits the coat and its condition. Tight matting may mean a shorter finish.
Is a puppy visit a full groom?+
No. It is a short introduction to handling, tools and the salon. We plan a full treatment separately.
How much will the treatment cost?+
Size, coat condition and the work needed all matter. We give a price indication when we discuss the visit and confirm the plan after checking the coat.
A little preparation helps
A short toilet walk helps before arrival. Tell us about sensitive areas and products your dog has reacted to. Please discuss tight tangles with us rather than trying to cut them out at home.
Not sure where to start?
Describe your dog’s coat and what you find difficult at home. We will help you choose a sensible next step.
